The benefits of practicing with You Are Here Yoga lie in my teaching philosophy.  I believe in making yoga available for everybody, and every body.  You do not necessarily have to be flexible already, nor do you need to be in fantastic physical shape.  That's why we call it a practice!  The most important traits necessary for you, whether you are a seasoned or beginning yogi, are an open mind, and a willingness to try something new.
